Discontinuation of POMACY Points Effective 1st February 2025

Effective 1st February, there will be no POMACY Points given with transaction. Existing customers with POMACY Points collected in their accounts will be given cashout based on point balance in their accounts.

Terms & Conditions for POMACY Points Encashment

• Last day to collect POMACY point from purchase on POMACY platform is 31^st January 2025.
• Customer service team from POMACY will be reaching out to customers to fill up a withdrawal request form. Information to be collected included bank account number for the encashment.
• Customers are required to fill up the withdrawal request form and e-mail it back to POMACY by 20^th February to be entitled for the encashment. Any late submission beyond this date, your POMACY points will be remained in the system for point redemptions during purchases in the future. 
• Total encashment value will be done via bank transfer into customers’ bank accounts.
• POMACY point conversion to cash value = 1% to total point. Eg: 5,000 POMACY point will be equivalent to RM50.
• It can take up to seven (7) business days for the bank transfer to be done. Final date of the payout will be 14^th March.
• POMACY’s management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions when they deemed necessary.
