• All rates quoted are not inclusive of the prevailing Sales & Services Tax (SST).
• The rates are exclusive of Tourism Tax for non–Malaysian guests at RM10 per room night.
• The hotel rooms are available for check-in after 2.00 p.m. and check-out before 12.00 noon.
• If long-term rates are applied and the stay is shorter, the rate will be reverted to daily rates.
• Cancellations must be advised prior to arrival with a minimum notice period of 72 hours.
• Complimentary for children below 12 years old who are sharing the same bed with parents with a maximum of 2 children per 1-bedroom. Breakfast for children aged between 6 to 12 years old is chargeable at RM20 nett per person.
• Extra bed is available at RM120 nett per night (inclusive of breakfast for 1 person). Only 1 extra bed is allowed per apartment. Extra bed is not applicable for Studio categories.
• Please quote POMACY during reservation and present the POMACY ID upon check-in to enjoy the Corporate Rates.
