This website is strictly available to healthcare professionals only and not for the general public. As such, we need to verify your particulars prior to issuing an account to you. Once you are issued a username and password for your account, you shall be responsible for taking all reasonable measures to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your password and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.     Terms of Sale

You need to apply for a Buying Account in order to purchase on this website. As this is a business-to-business e-commerce website, sales can only be made to an organisation holding a valid license issued by the Ministry of Health, which we need to verify prior to issuing a Buying Account to your business. You confirm that orders placed by you on this website are made on behalf of your organisation and you are authorised to make such orders.

While every endeavour is made to ensure that information on the site is updated and correct, TechMed Sdn Bhd and POMACY Marketplace vendors reserve the right to amend prices, quantity, expiry dates, terms and conditions for sales and promotions, etc. when such information changes accordingly.

You acknowledge that the website contains information, photographs, graphics, videos, text, images and other materials that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. You acknowledge that all such materials are proprietary to us and/or our principals.

This website is for your viewing only. Copying, downloading, printing and saving of material from this website are prohibited, with the exception of information in “My Account”, namely Order Confirmation, Statement of Accounts and POMACY points.

Any disputes shall first be submitted to the Malaysia International Arbitration Centre for arbitration. When arbitration fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

Any issues related to the products, including but not limited to defects, damages, or non-compliance with specifications, are the sole responsibility of the respective sellers.

POMACY:

POMACY, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any actions, omissions, or conduct of sellers on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentations, breaches of contract, and any harm or damages arising from products purchased through the platform.
